費用は、エアベンチャーに到着した日からエアベンチャーの開催最終日までの期間を対象に発生します。
最終日の前に引き上げた場合、または、3日以内の短期滞在の場合は、使用されなかった期間分の費用の返却の為の証明書を発行することができます。
キャンプシェラー（米国EAAメンバー限定）は、コンベンションサイトの近隣に設置され、自動車やテントのキャンピングのために使用できます。
使用できるのは米国EAAの年間メンバーに限られます。
キャンプの１つ当たりのサイズは20フィート×30フィートです。
設備は、シャワー、ポータブルトイレ、キャンピングカー向けの給排水設備、臨時設置の給排水設備があります。
食材の安売り店と地域の小売店があります。
障害を有する方が発電機を使用する場合やペットを同伴することを考慮して、キャンプを設営する際は間隔をあけるようにしてください。電源コンセントや簡易水道はありません。
